Shipping Policy 

 

1. Processing Time

All orders will be arranged for shipment within 3 to 45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and confirm the product is in stock. Meide Dance Apparel offers both in-stock ready-to-wear styles and fully custom dance costumes, with different processing timelines as below:

  • For in-stock dance apparel: Processing before shipping usually takes 3 to 30 business days.(We cannot provide a guarantee.)
  • For custom-sized or personalized custom dance costumes: Processing can take 20 to 60 business days, the exact timeline depends on the complexity of your custom design.

If you need the order for an urgent performance, please contact us in advance at dance@mideecostume.com to confirm the expedited processing timeline before placing your order.

2. Shipping Zones & Eligibility

We currently ship our dance apparel to most countries and regions around the world, excluding restricted areas specified by international shipping regulations. Please note that:
●Please provide a valid street address for delivery
●Customers in remote areas may need to pay additional remote service fees, which will be confirmed by our customer service before shipping

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight, order value and your delivery location. You can check the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing payment.

Please note:

The delivery time above is an estimate based on standard processing procedures of most logistics companies. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holiday peaks, extreme weather or other force majeure events beyond our control.


For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other charges levied by your country's customs authority. We are not able to predict these charges, and they are not included in your product or shipping price. If you refuse to pay the relevant charges and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot provide a full refund for your order.

 

5. Order Cancellation & Address Change


You can cancel or modify your order (including changing the delivery address) within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify the order. If you need to change the delivery address after the package has been shipped, you will need to contact the logistics company directly to handle the change, and any additional costs incurred shall be borne by you.


6. Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the logistics company has marked the package as delivered. However, if your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with relevant proof of shipping.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is destroyed by the logistics provider because it is undeliverable, due to an incorrect address provided by you, failure to pick up the package from the post office, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you via email or your reserved social contact to confirm re-delivery arrangements. If you still wish to have the package resent, you will need to pay for the new return shipping fee.

If your undeliverable package is returned to us instead of being destroyed, we will still contact you via email to confirm re-delivery. If you still want to resend the package, you need to pay the original return shipping fee and the new shipping fee. If you do not respond to our email within 14 days, we will process a partial refund (deducting shipping and handling fees) for your order.

8. Holiday Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery may be delayed during major international holidays and Chinese local holidays. We will update the latest processing and shipping arrangements on our website homepage during holidays, please pay attention to our announcement.
