Refund policy

Return Policy of Chaozhou Chao'an District Meide Garment Co., Ltd.

1. Basic Return Instructions

Our store only provides return & refund service, exchange is not supported. You can only submit a return request within 7 days after the package is signed for. If your return request is submitted more than 7 days after signing for the package, we regret that we will not be able to provide return & refund service for you.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, the returned product must meet all of the following conditions at the same time:

  1. The product is unused, free of stains and damage, remains in the original condition when you received it, and does not affect secondary sales.
  2. The product must be returned with its original packaging, and the original matching accessories and spare parts must be returned completely together with the product.
  3. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase of the corresponding product when applying for a return, so that we can complete the verification.

Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer; send it to the address specified in this policy.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Return requests are not accepted for the following products:

  1. Body-hugging intimate apparel related to clothing: including but not limited to breast patches, underwear, panties, etc. Returns are not supported for hygiene and safety reasons.
  2. Damaged products with obvious use traces that cannot maintain their original quality and affect secondary sales.
  3. Special products such as gift cards and downloadable digital software products.

4. Special Instructions for Partial Refund

If the product does not meet the conditions for a full return, but you have reached an agreement with the seller through negotiation, partial refund without return can be processed. Please contact the seller in advance to confirm the specific plan.

If both parties agree to process a partial refund, applicable scenarios include but are not limited to:

  1. The product has minor defects and does not need to be returned, you accept to keep the product and process a partial refund.
  2. The product has minor wear and tear not caused by the seller's fault, and both parties have negotiated a partial refund.

5. Refund Rule Description

  1. After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received the return, and also notify you whether your refund application has been approved.
  2. If your refund application is approved, we will calculate the refund amount according to the following rule:
    Refund Amount = Product Actual Payment Amount - Original Shipping Fee - Relevant Taxes and Duties (if any) - Return Shipping Fee (if any) - Relevant Taxes Generated from Return (if any)
  3. After the refund amount is calculated, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment account within several working days.

Handling of Delayed or Unreceived Refund

If you have not received your refund, please troubleshoot according to the following steps:

  1. First recheck your bank account and original payment account again.
  2. Contact your payment institution/credit card issuer, since refund posting usually takes a certain processing time.
  3. Contact your bank to confirm the processing progress of the refund posting.

6. Refund Rules for Special Products

Only products purchased at the original price are eligible for refund applications; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

7. Return & Refund Rules for Gift Items

  1. If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the value of the returned product after return. After we receive the returned product, we will send the gift voucher to you by email.
  2. If the product was not marked as a gift, or the giver received it by themselves to give to you later, the refund will be directly returned to the original purchaser (the giver), and the giver will be informed of your return.

Return shipping fee and all relevant taxes generated from the return shall be borne by the buyer. If you have any questions about the calculation of shipping fee and taxes, please contact the seller in advance for consultation and confirmation:

  1. Return shipping fee is non-refundable. After the refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be directly deducted from your refund amount.
  2. If the value of the returned product exceeds 75 USD, we recommend you choose a trackable logistics service or purchase transportation insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will definitely receive the product you sent back.
