Made-To-Order processing
- Connect with customer and confirm ODM order workable.
- Customer show pictures, sizes, colors and details for MADE-TO-ORDER Designs.
- Order confirmed, collect payment or deposit payment.
- Sourcing suitable fabric and material, if not same obtain buyer’s approval.
- Patterns making and purchasing fabric & material at the mean while.
- Show buyer the first samples’ pictures, get approved
- Improve first samples if needed.
- Second samples confirmed if needed.
- Enlarge patterns after samples approved.
- Cutting when fabric ready.
- Sewing
- Inspection with quality control
- If buyers assign QC to do inspection, pending for QC’s coming and do shipping preparation at the same time.
- Collect the balance, do shipping.
- Made-To-Order finished fully with highly appreciated feedback..
